Tottle House

This home is an extended single bay villa designed by Studio John Irving Architects.

The existing character portion of this home has been retained and refurbished in line with Auckland's Character Overlay guidelines. The architectural A-frame extension created at the rear gives clear delineation between old and new.

The house was carefully propped, excavated, and shored in-situ to create a subterranean lounge and laundry basement area.
